Two hidden gems who's potential isn't too high, but they are beasts on the field, are Sam Lammers and Teun Koopmeiners. They're both dutch and both have a potential of 82. Sam Lammers is a striker who is fast, has good dribbling, is tall with good heading, has great finishing and he has 5-Star weak-foot. If you need a striker that's not too expensive in career mode, he's perfect. Teun Koopmeiners is a CB who can also play CDM, but his stats are so balanced you could play him anywhere. He's also relatively fast, tall and is perfect for build-up play from defense. Also in like the last 10 minutes during a draw, you can just instruct him to go forward for an extra goal threat.
Antonio Marin from Dinamo Zagreb. He is 17 years old, overall 65 and has a potential of 86. Thery are some more good players with potential at dinamo, like Lovro Majer (84) and Dani Olmo (87)

There’s some more, Scott McTominay Central Mid who basically is a defensive minded player from Manchester United. His passing is spot on, tackling is also nice. His long shots are mesmerising. He’s an great CDM or just normally CM with both amazing tackling and top class shooting. Age 22-23 Ezequiel Barco Left Mid who basically works as a LW, RW, CM (I wouldn’t recommend it tho), CAM. He is basically the attacking central of the team. At the flanks, you can get the best outta his crossing and passing but not much goals and shooting. At CAM he is a Beast. Amazing Shooting, Nice Pace, Amazing Passing, Nice Crossing, pure emerald. (I’m pretty sure he’s not available the first season tho). Age 21. Atalanta United Chukwuezee (???) from Villarreal CF who is Right Mid but he works best as a RW, RM and CAM. He has amazing pace, vision, nice shooting as well. RW would give you an edge for crosses (the actual way of flanks) as you’d have a pretty amazing speed force. At CAM, he can provide amazing passes, dribble and score. Age (???) All of the players can be bought at 24M to 30M$ but it depends on the Career Mode if there’s any release clause or something like that. The players work very well for me. My McTominay is 27 years old and he’s 83 rated (the rating seems too low according to his gameplay). My Barco is 26 and he’s 86 rated which is pretty amazing I’d say. Chukwuezee recently bought so not much details on him. Note: All Recommendations have been given on Personal Experience.
Niran Saliba is a well known wonderkid mate if you want a unknown try Exequiel Palacios from River Plate has a 89 potential i have both in my Arsenal career mode ...Definitely two players i'm picking up in Fifa 20 . Both players linked with my club Arsenal , Saliba to replace Kosceilny who's leaving and Palacios to fill the Ramsey role . Vagnoman also well known in the Bundesliga ....Great video Niran thanks .
I recommend buying Dominik Szoboszlai, 17 yrs old Hungarian CAM, 69 rated, has an 85 potential, He is currently playing in RB Salzburg, and if you train his finishing and long shots up, he is gonna be an insane long shooter, I always hit the top corner from 20-25 metres with him. He is pretty tall too, and has a good pace too. I can only recommend you buying him in cm's, he is just insane
I often sign a Mexican Winger called Lainez, very quick, very agile and if you train him (shooting and passing) he can grow to 88+, he’s 18 and 71 rated

hit up Borja Llarena and Hugo Daro. Llarena plays for Tenerife and i’m 99% sure Daro plays in the spanish second league as well but i forgot who he plays for 🤦♂️. If you train their stamina in the keep up the pace drill Daro can reach mid-high 80s and borja can quite quickly reach 95-99 in sprint speed. I just start them and their overalls go up like mental - about 14 in 3 seasons for me with no training apart from speed and stamina
I started a career with Kaiserslautern recently (going to UCL within 5 years) I've got both Vagnoman and Saliba in my squad, i really hope they have those raised potentials

There's not many better options up front unless you like a very tall striker, in which case he is still worth having as he can easily be converted to a winger. If you want a bigger striker Benjamin Sesko is perfect

If your doing a career mode sign Christian Frütchl he's the bayern münchen 3rd keeper he's 64 rated at the start of the game I did a career mode with forest green and i signed him when I was in league one he was 88 rated and when we got to the premier league he was 98 rated he's 18 and has a release clause of 2 million

Also I dont sim matches, I play them all.
