What I found impressive was Marco continued to swear & yell as he was flipping 40’ in the air and then barrel rolling down the track. Never missed a beat, nor syllable. Great race DC!! Take care & stay safe. Cheers

Hey Dave, just wanted to put my two cents worth in, I reckon Marco was well justified for losing his s#$%, if the lnp driver had eased off just a moment, he could have cleanly taken Marco on the inside just after the corner, which would have been the optimum way of overtaking but the lnp just ploughed into him, and for that to happen on the last lap sucks big time. I'm with Marco :)

you deserve more subs dave. man the amount of time and effort you put into these videos, makes broadcasters look like a complete joke.
So sad how few lmp2 drivers know how to lap. When you're the car lapping you go offline. The car being lapped stays on line. Very simple.
iracing should make you read and click an advisory about this basic fact of life before they let you select an lmp2 for a race.

Most realistic I have seen a game look in terms of handling. Not just understeer everywhere
I drive LMP2 mostly. Mainly in the EES. We cop a bad wrap but top GT guys tend to hard block when we are coming through and they are racing no one. No matter what I try my best to respect other class battles. But some of the most complaints are just getting up next to someone before the braking marks and the GT guys complaining about us slowing them down. We lose way more time behind GT then a GT when we pass them. People need to respect both ways. Good luck and enjoy your racing.

What's really funny is how he shouts "Why you making this!!" which is a dodgy translation of "Warum machst du das!!".
The Marco incident was clearly the lmp drivers fault, he should have lifted when he noticed that he was catching instead of going for a non existstant gap.
Imho Iracing should do more to prevent these kind of incidents, than they currently are doing

This is honestly why i stopped driving Multi-class races. Both because the fights are much more fun when everybody has the same type of cars, there are no other cars that come and interrupt. Plus, you dont get taken out by somebody who either wont let you by or somebody who forces themselfs by.
Marco has a point. Some LMP2 drivers like knobheads. Hit ppl from the back, throw others out of the track. That dude tried overtaking on the outside of the kink. Braindead idea, at best

40s into the race I get sent to the moon because the LMP2 behind braked like he was doing a qualy lap. Race was over

Most of the LMP2 drivers have no idea how to race that car. It will never change though..only get worse.
How can you stream with a TV cam at the same time? Do you use any extension?
Well Marco was indeed completely murdered, BUT he could easily have held his brakes after the hit, avoided getting sent to space and kept going to the finish. So the LMP2 move was of course braindead, but it's his own fault for getting a DNF.
Also the car sending him to space should have slowed down, but as we all know, every simracer mistakes yellow flags for green ones....
It can be maddening sometimes.

RIP Marco. It seems like many times the biggest meltdowns actually come from the people causing the incidents (and being unable to understand their role in the wrecks, consequently blaming everyone else), but I think in this case the rage was understandable.
