"Movement speed" is acctualy acceleration speed, meaning that you'll reach your maximum speed earlier, the only things that realy increeses your speed are the aglet, the wind anklet, boots, magiluminicense and the shadow armor.
Movement speed boosts do affect both movement speed and acceleration, but boot accessories lock movement speed to a specific number (28 or 34 MPH). The boots bring movement speed to a higher number unless you put everything into movement speed.
Finally bro I was waiting for this I knew that you will make it a great video thank you you really did as you said skip all the shit and go straight to the point
For those who wondering about summoner mixed armour to be really its real bad for summoner class because you can get max minion slot with out it the only thing in mixed armour hava for summoner class is 75% summoner damage and with no minion slot in post golem stage it it will be good if you use this mixed armour with Stardust dragon and firecracker (you only hava 6 minion slot ) it will deal some good damage but its still not that good
Mixed sets work because armor set is usually a strong piece, two useless pieces and decent set bonus. I made three entire spreadsheets just to make the best sets for every stage. Unfortunately summoner sets are three useless pieces and strong set bonus making any mixed set worse than a full-set. For summoner sets to be mixable we need two changes: 1. For hallowed headgear to give 3 minions without other hallowed pieces 2. More centry staves. Frost hydra and tavernkeep's staves are weak against flying single targets (to utilize centry slots)
Hey what can i use instead is admantite head? Cause all the worlds i have (6-7) all have titanium 💀 and i thought i could turn titanium bars into admantite so i shimmered them...i lost it all bruh. (Im ranger)
there are many examples for mixed armor being better and spectre armor is not one of them. with spectre hood set you can heal like 100 hp+, its op heal, better than 4 hp/s which is also affected by many other factors which lower the 4hp/s, and you would probably have other regeneration buffs too anyway. for the spectre mask set, the difference in damage is 3% for orbs which deal much more than 3% of your dps, and its better to balance between flat damage buff and crit buff anyway (melee speed too), since each of these stats become much weaker than if you have them on very high numbers (for example, having 200% dmg buff already and 4% crit chance, making the crit chance 28% will change your dps much more than making your damage 224%). i understand that you are still able to deal more damage with bubble gun but thats very risky for the average player anyway. my point is, you already have a very high damage buff from your accesoaries and only 8% crit chance if you use destroyer emblem, maybe 10% if you add celestial shell with that being said, even though i like spectre armor more, +50% summon damage is still good, although it still wouldnt affect your dps as much
You are correct about Spectre armor's set bonus being more valuable if you're going for Survivability (assuming that you're dealing consistent Magic damage) although I do still have a few things to say There are situations where the Valhalla Breastplate mix will be more beneficial compared to Spectre Hood, such as events where DPS is a major factor, like the Old One's Army, if you're trying to beat Betsy, but still want a bit of extra survivability, or Moon Lord, where the Moon Bite debuffs would make it more complicated to actually use Spectre Hood consistently Additionally, as to my knowledge, the 4hp/s regeneration from Valhalla Breastplate can't really be interfered with, and always stays at a constant rate of regeneration, and same thing applies to Regeneration Potion and Band of Regen, since they are an external source of regeneration, rather than being natural regeneration, which is what most debuffs and outside factors tend to affect. Your examples are a bit extreme, but even if we take that as the example, I highly doubt it would make much of a difference to an actual fight result, at best, I could see damage/crit diminishing returns giving you an advantage of a few seconds, which when taken Spectre Mask's set bonus into account, would still be able to make up for. In reality, the diminishing returns in realistic scenarios (such as a full lucky accessory loadout) would be so minor you wouldn't even notice a 1 second difference most of the time. As that's just how DPS at this stage is when we're talking about optimization As I couldn't help but notice you used wordings such as "much weaker" and "change your DPS much more" TL;DR Valhalla Knight Mix does have its uses, even when compared to Spectre Hood, and diminishing returns really isn't that crazy. I do think the video does a solid job of listing the mixes and their uses, but I do also feel that saying "Spectre Armor is not worth it" is a bit much of an overstatement, as it's still honestly a good armor set, even if it's not the best in some scenarios
@jasonthe4th yeah, Valhalla knight is definetly less risky to use too since sometimes you have to slow down for the healing from spectre hood to catch up to you However I have still had some extremely high healing values with spectre hood (although I'm not sure if mods have anything to do with this although I only have qol mods, last time I played vanilla I dont remember getting anything over 100 as a heal, let alone 300) My main point here wasn't to say that Valhalla knight is bad, it's that going for lucky isn't a downgrade from menacing like they made it sound like
@@nvs0pthe critical is for Spectre mask armor only I even test a half offensive build + Razorpine. @MooThePro honestly, it is can massively affect. Combining two different stats is not good for overall calculations. In game, it can ve completely different
@ Sorbet explains why Damage and Crit are basically the same very well in his Lucky reforge video A lot of the math can be pulled from there. And outside of RUclips The Armor Progression page on the wiki also uses this "treat Damage and Crit the same" mentality In fact, it's one of the first things mentioned on that page Now, on a technical level, they aren't literally the same, but that's just the easiest way to understand it, and avoids pointless info that won't really benefit the player within the context, cause in practice (shown by multiple hundreds of tests, shown by both the math, and if you just actually time the kills in game) they are literally the same (Not accounting for enemy defense affecting Crit chance more, but even then, that's a very minor thing that armor mixing doesn't really run into as an issue)
Mixed armor is best ngl. For both Melee and ranger Mixed armor worked a lot better. Shroomite armor bonus is basically useless so why not use mixed armor? It's even better if you're using summons with whatever class and OOA armor pieces for maximum damage.
