I think colour significance is different from what Sadhguru is saying. It's vibgyor reverse beginning at agya to muladhar. Muladhar is red. Swadhisthan orange, Manibadha or naval yellow, anahata green, vishudhi is blue, agya indigo, sahasra is violet.

I love Sadhguru and his wisdom but I disagree to his two points. First muladharq chakra resonates with the frequency of color Red and not yellow. Also for third eye chakra or anjana chakra the energy resonates with the frequency of color Indigo. This is what atlwast I learnt from almost all articles and books about chankra or human energy centers.
Same confusion but i thought that if I am right then someone must have commented in this mistake and found you. I am sure it might have been wrong in dubbing by artist
