Hey bro I'm glad your back hope everything turned out okay for your dad. I agree with with a out the care service. I lost my mavic air due to a flyaway from a glitch with the firmware. I sent them all the information they needed. I even sent them the find my drone info that it flew to new Jersey from flushing NY. Do t now how but it did. So long story short they claimed it was my fault even doe the issue happened after the update they recommended.so they would t even honor my one year warranty that is not even done yet. At the end I miss my AIR 😭

@@xavier_arthur that's the bad part I didn't get it due to I was in warranty and still is. I thought that dji would honor their patriots. I accepted my loses at this time. The funny part I recently gotten the Autel Evo before I lost the Air and for my surprise works really well. The EVO is really underestimated it has has a lot to offer.
I'm happy you have another drone to fly & a much better drone too in my opinion.
The Evo is a sleeper, I totally agree with you, very underestimated drone.
@@xavier_arthur the more I use the Evo and l further learn it's potential. I have flown in places I couldn't do with the mavic pro and air. Can't wait to post up the pics I take with it on my social media account.

Hey bro I got the care refresh from dji for my Mavic Pro 2 Zoom but the way you got yours is different than mine I got mine with in 24 hours but it wasn't set up on my phone like yours is there a difference in the refresh package?
No difference, just different ways to get it done.

I had no controller 🎮 I used the dji go app .it's more complicated to activate with no RC controller

No, I don't have enough $1 patreon support yet to go out and buy it.
I would use my own money like I did last time with the Mavic Air but I just don't have the funds like I had last year yet & I couldn't get a tax write off or exemption from Uncle Sam because I'm not a official company :(

Activate with just the dji go app 4 ,took me at least 1 hour to activate.
I don’t use the otg anymore, fly’s way better with out it...

I'm in Guyana South America tending to a family emergency...... Only drone I have access to is my dad's DJI Spark...... In my last video I explained and I won't be around for a while because of this and when you do see videos it will be spark related because that's what I have access to right now until I get back to New York

My Family is getting there, slowly but surely
Unfortunately, my remote controller still shows RED, even though it says Im connected on the phone. Just so frustrating......wish I can actually speak with someone instead of watching endless videos that do not address this unique issue........
Mine did not come with any phone cables😡
The cables are in a small compartment in the box.......... check the box properly

Ok.......did you contact DJI to find out what happened?
Worst case scenario you can fly and update without it.
Also you'll probably pick them up on Amazon for a few bucks.
@@xavier_arthur no I'm on vacation so I just paid 5 bucks on Amazon and get it when I go home. I still flew it but not out of eye sight
