There has never been a better documentary ever made, so glad I was alive to remember how it all came to be. JD was my 5 string hero. Kyle K.

I grew up on a tiny island in the middle of the Bay of Fundy,New Brunswick, Canada, every night my mother listened to the WWV Station all night long .Love all the old country music, please keep playing it as it has style, every act and I truly enjoy it all. Thank You ! Being born in 1951 I can remember the big tube radios,
then mom got a big portable transistor radio, what a difference. This music takes me back to my childhood years !

J.D. Crowe was a true master.
He had some of the best players in the business come and go through his band.
He let each one showcase and stood back and let it happen.
JD was the best of the best.
You will be missed Mr. Crowe and may God Bless you.

much during his time with us. Truly, a blessed man now resting with The Lord.

Time on the road takes a toll on all artists. Players come and go in bands . As long as JD was happy, that is all that matters. All star sets a great tribute to a great 👍 bango player and a classy gentleman.

This production was carefully mixed and passed all PBS standards. You might adjust the volume control on your device. I have to turn it down myself but the mix sounds fine to me. Thanks for your comment.
