Most other races doesnt really know cantonese.. they mostly know mandarin is like the only language.. since im malay mixed chinese.. i tend to explain to my friends about cantonese language is also amazing..not just mandarin

Hearing this detailed story of his makes me admire him even more. He made a huge and risky decision to discover what makes him truly happy. But he fulfilled his father's happiness first. He doubted himself so much but he still pursued and continued on. He's an amazing son, athlete, artist-a wonderful human being!

As a person from hong kong and understands cantonese, I really feel happy when seeing idols speak our language

I resonate with him a lot. I used to think that high school was a breeze. By studying hard, studying consistently, you could achieve anything. As i enter my first year of senior school, I am hit with a wave of competitiveness. There was no ‘who studied more’, it was a challenge of who can study smart and reach the top. I am still struggling with this, but although different i relate to Jackson’s story so much. I am trying my best, but sometimes my best is not enough and i need to push 120%. Nobody prepared me for how difficult it was. I still sometimes break down, and feel as if im miles away from my classmates who pick things up and score great like it’s nothing. I still don’t know what im doing, and i think ive lost my purpose and meaning of why i want to score high. I hope i can overcome this challenge soon and find my discipline and motivation to do so again, and overcome this barrier that blocks my way from reaching the top.

This is my first time seeing him and honestly I love how real everything felt/was. I could feel how comfortable he felt and wasn't trying to act too serious like I see many people do on interviews, he was using casual gestures and body movements which I appreciated a lot, it felt as though he was having a conversation than an interview. I also liked his personality and how happy, passionate and lively he appeared while telling his story, it all brought up my mood, motivated me a lot, and even made me feel happy and proud of him even though I just met him (sort of, hehe). I'll definitely look more into his work, he just earned a fan 👍😀🤗

No need to discuss, entering the kpop industry you need to know yourself very well if you are capable, if you aint got what it takes, then you should have second thoughts, doesn't mean the industry is toxic, it's just the way it is, some people make it, some people don't, thats life.

You sound like one of those people that find feelings and emotions as irrational and a sign of weakness. The point was to discuss how might we help and provide mental health support for idols, especially those dealing with homesickness or a lack of belonging. If you don’t want to discuss, then scat!
@@jessicainnis8212 calm down girl. the kpop industry has a strict elimination process, as soon as they think you are not up for it, then they will send you home. they do that to protect the kids when they don't have what it takes, and tell them as early as possible, so they wont regret it later. so the kpop industry has measures to tackle disappointments, depression, stress or trauma that might develop later on in their careers. Jackson Wang said that himself, there is an evaluation every week during traineeship, that can last for almost 2 years. they don't do evaluations for nothing, its to get these kids realize if they still want it or make them realize if they are on track or not. thats not toxic, thats real facts, so again, sit your arse down, and cool it. you are demonizing the kpop industry, while there are numerous examples of american artist who overdosed on drugs , and nobody is talking about that. fix your own system first before criticizing others.

Like his story and my question is this Can Jackson type in Simplified Chinese that way idols like Aespa Ninging Gidle Yuqi can understand what he wrote. His native traditional chinese is easily replied to by the Taiwanese Idols like Twice Tzuyu Gidle Shuhua which is also seen in the aviation segment in Hong Kong
