I’d like to put my two cents in and mention that Arabic is a more of a spoken and linguistic language and was shaped by poetry since it’s foundation (somewhat like Old English) and that’s why it blends so perfectly on the tongue. Arabic creators that recognize this and take advantage of this instead of creating new styles (rap, rock and roll, some pop songs really don’t work well in Arabic). I feel like the singer took full of this here and used it wonderfully
its one of those things that's hard to nail; to make your language do the heavy lifting for a song that wasn't originally in your own, and he does this amazingly well, from changing the instruments used but also letting them take more of a backseat compared to the original to emphasize the arabic vocals, which flows with the music much more than the english version without also overpowering the instruments.
