Us naturally fat bois have to work a lot harder to keep it off, it sucks but it can be beneficial for building muscle because we aren’t hard gainers. Some people can’t put on fat or muscle no matter what they do

The weight loss things... I lost 35kg at the start of 2020... and the thing that worked the best ( aside from eating the right amount and exercise ) was being consistent ... be consistently good and you'll get good results. its the hardest part too
I think I lost like 10 kg when I started working out 6-9 months ago. Havent eaten as much as I have before I exercised, I havent been that consistent with exercising but still lost weight, hope it still goes well.
