Hey Beast, one possibility is the CM's increase buffs has max/limits especially when it comes to a brilliant rage. Ftp Adventures mff channel did a comparison between brilliant and mighty rage. The brilliant only did like 200k more in abx. Maybe others have more insight on the topic. Anyway great video, makes me want to t4 her. Cheers

She and ghost rider are the strongest universal heroes in the game. Better than Jean at pve. I bleed 10-11 bars on dormammu second round with ease, with a full GR rotation.
