Since Adore claims the contract is still valid, it’s unlikely they would consent to a visa transfer under the act that allows people to change workplaces without needing a new visa, but the agency they work with must agree to the change.
@kimsara5208 Ador has to transfer their E6 sponsorship to any new company and they wouldn't do that until the contract validity is determined by court.

So she may get a visitors visa in the meantime until it’s through but will not be able to work. It’s all quite complicated. In the meantime she is still happy to use the Ador visa though wants nothing to do with them. As Ador considers the termination invalid they are doing the paperwork to extend her visa. Legally though she cannot work for anyone else on that visa and she is still working with her current Ador visa to complete this month’s commitments. They said in the New Year they are completely independent but can only stay together if Hanni attains another visa as Hanni will be unable to work with them on the Ador visa as that is not permitted by the immigration department. I hope they had already thought of all this and have applied for the different visa.

The newspapers were reporting that someone turned her in for being illegal and Ador stepped in to assure everyone that they were taking care of the visa paperwork already. They didn't release any private information and actually took the heat off of Hanni so she wouldn't have to respond herself. Hanni will eventually need to make a move though and decide whether to sign the visa paperwork with Ador.
