I did try the recipe, Ajay Sir. It was absolutely delicious. Didn't expect capsicum would go so well with the beets. Capsicum is mostly loved in our Goan dishes, which made me love this dish so much more. I never had liked a beetroot dish before. Thanks to your wife as well 😊🙏🏼
Sir , In south Indian, states like karnataka , kerala n TN , beetroot sabji is very common, we hav bn eating it since our childhood , " I'm 53 " 😂 we jst love it ... with lot of grated fresh coconut, it tastes amazing, with both rice n chapati 👌
Best part is k beech mey jo beet root gaajar, ka juice ka jhatpat tareeka, aur ooskay saath, aamla, kaala namak, pudina, nimbu adarak , ko mix karkay juice banaana sikhaya, that's the best, because this, beetroot curry, and beetroot aloo mey bhar k cutlet, halwaa, very common and well acquainted to me lekin sach kahoon juice k naam sey hi seerdard ki itna jhanjhat koun karey lekin what an easy method of making beetroot juice aur wo bhi bazaar k jaisey taste wala, thanks beta,God bless you live a healthy happy long life 😊
I always like vegetables with minimum spice to enhance the flavor of vegetables! Nowadays, it's an Indian trend to put lots of spices while cooking vegetables, which not only kills the flavor of the veggies, also overwhelm the dish! I always like old way to make the foods. Thanks for sharing!
Just made this today after lot of speculation post failing to make from other YT recipes (like 8-9 other) No. I dont like beetroot in coconut poriyal style because we dont make rasam much and never acquired that nutty-milky taste in sour recipes. This recipe is super quick, super super simple and yet filled with hidden gems like simlamirch, ginger and amchur powder. You wont even see these when you eat it but these are the very ingredients that lift up the taste every sense of the word. Also, I never comment out this long or specific but Chef Ajay ji, tussi sach main brilliant chef ho ❤❤thank you sir. Keep posting more such unique recipes ❤

I must say, this version of beetroot dish. It is the best ever. I don't like poriyal. But this is too good. I tried it myself. Well, I skipped curry leaves and amchur as, previously I didn't like curry leaves in beet poryals. 😊❤❤

In kerala we make beetroot raita...it is served in sadya..which is food served on plantain leaves...especially during onam or any wedding feast..its yummy...the rose pink color is tempting.

Hamare ghar mein beetroot ki sabzi hi banti thi - 4-5 varieties. Salad juice aur cutlet ke baare mein toh bohot baadh mein patha chala 😂😂😂
1) beetroot cubes mein cut karke soaked channa dal ke saath cook karke, mustard curry patta turmeric chilli powder mein tadka lagake scraped coconut daal kar finish kar dho.
2) pathla slices mein cut karke cook karke, musyard curry leaves onion tomatoes turmeric pepper powder mein mix kar dhijiye.
3) jaise aapbe scrape karke kiya vaise.
4) oil mein mustard curry leaves onion tomatoes chilli powder turmeric salt daalkar beetroot aur potatoes cubes mein cut karke daalker cook kar dhijiye.
5) oil mein mustard curry leaves onion chilli powder turmeric garam masala coriander powder nein chota chota cut kiya hua beetroot daalkar cook karke 3-4 eggs daalke scramble kardho. Bachchon ko achcha lagega.
*** beetroot daalkar biryani aur 2-3 variety sambar, idli, roti aur halwa bhi banti hai.
