The one place I used to surf the dolphins would pretend to be sharks and when you would pull your legs up on the board they would surface and laugh at you.
That sounds ridiculous and like it wouldn't happen, but also, dolphins are definitely smart enough to do something like that, so I'm just going to stay sceptical
@viljestaerk Mother natures water jesters. It's an odd thought but I think they know humans intuitively, one of the most amazing creatures in the seas and we are like royalty to them.
When I was about her age I was swimming with my dad at Huntington Beach (strong rips). We were swimming together when suddenly a huge wave hit me, I was deeply underwater. Suddenly I felt strong hands on my waist pushing me up and out of the water. At first I thought it was my dad, but it was a lifeguard. We had been pulled out too far, I’m guessing that he signaled for help because he couldn’t get himself and me back to shore without help. It was a little embarrassing for me, but that lifeguard definitely saved me! I’ll never forget it.
When I was little, I went out in the water swimming freestyle straight out to sea to see how far I could go. I ended up smacking something with my hand that felt like very rough sand paper and it was thick. I looked up startled, and saw a small grey mass and a fin poking out the water. I think it was a baby shark because it darted away, probably scared. I immediately swam back to shore as fast as I could and didn’t say a word to anybody thinking I’d be in trouble lol. It’s so crazy looking back on it, I actually slapped a shark on accident.

Under an hour im finally not likes months or years late to a bondi video ps i love this show I wish I could come its my dream to come to bondi and meet them all
We have thousands of way, way better beaches than Bondi in Australia. This one is way too busy, too touristy and the town behind it is really grotty. Even around the corner at Tamarama it is soooooo much nicer.
I think more train needs to be done to see things like this if someone's saying they're hurting they're not hurt maybe that's they're running for something
nah if i come to bondi beach i would actually request not to be recorded cuz im not photogenic but i have never been there and wonder what its like to be honest but i 💖bondi
I was one swimming at a beach I forgot the name but is was not Bondi and there was a huge wave and it pushed me under water and when got out of the water I had a huge head ache and I felt like I was going to faint but I did not I had to lie down for a while it was so scary I was 9 years old when it happened my mum saved me from fainting
once in maui me and my dad went far out bc we trust our ocean since we are islanders and we went wayyy far out and we got knocked out by a humongous wave and at the time im was sick so salt water and sand didn’t feel good in and outside of my body and i had bruises all on my body.
I've always heard that it takes as little as 2in of water to drown. So how could a parent make the foolish decision to let their child go out in the ocean alone and then act surprised when it nearly kills them??😒
I have no time for people who don't go in the water with their kids like this father the video or supervise them in the shallows Maybe he needs to see how close his daughter came to drowning because he acted like it was no big deal
The color of the sign is pretty standard for any danger, like high voltage signs, even on bottles that contains acid or is toxic I feel most of them are yellow/orange as well. Beside why would they put up a sign if it wasn't something you should be aware of?
@anja6983 I don't think they are dangerous, but definitely something people would like to know of, so they themself can make a decision if they want to go into or near the water
@d00delicious14 Hmm might be regional, in german that's how town signs are, with that shade of yellow lol. A lot of people seem to be tourists, a lot don't even speak any english. Nowadays you can check with smartphones, but people didn't use to and where not and are still not aware. Evidence: this video.
12:04 Ouch. I could never. I got a wound maybe like 2 times from skinning my skin against concrete. The alcohol that helps the wound form infection does not feel good. I would’ve been saying 「痛い、痛い」 (Itai, Itai wich means it hurts)
I hate when we get 32 celcius and I think we once had something in the 40s celcius but I just didn't go out those days if I was home. I can take -38 celcius but I don't like intense heat (we have heat waves mostly when my family and I are out camping so we mostly really feel it when we are out of the trees but underneat(?) them it's bearable (we were once playing a game of pool mixed with soccer and we had to stop after 30 min bc the heat was getting unbearable (it was a heat wave of 46 celcius and out in the open) my younger cousins and I went to the pool right after)).
Dude at 2:15 is most likely Germanic-Frisian. I walked around with a collapsed lung for a week, thought I had back ache. It's not like it doesn't hurt, but you just ignore it because pain never wins.
I don’t trust beaches mostly in summer cause of sharks and + I can’t swim properly without getting harassed be a surf board pulling me under water still so funny how I got pulled up by the waves backwards and flopped onto shore infront of lots of pple 😂😂😂😂
As an English person if I saw the warning notice about the blue bottles I would be looking for flies. Bluebottles in the UK are largish flies. I think the woman who wanted to stay in the lifeguards station just wanted somewhere to rest out of the sun,I bet she had not been stung at all.

Even robots make mistakes because HUMANS PROGRAM THEM, RIGHT???
People forget that drowning is silent, any normal beachgoers will miss it

Blue bottles are a menace😂😂😂
Under an hour im finally not likes months or years late to a bondi video ps i love this show I wish I could come its my dream to come to bondi and meet them all
Nice one! Do you have a favourite moment from the show?
ME TOO ❤❤🎉🎉
@BondiRescue Do you post any new videos of Bondi rescue...I've seen these soooooo many times and ready to unsubscribe
@BondiRescueyes it’s probably when all of them work together or the celebration of H dog leaving they all had so much fun and looked like fun!
We have thousands of way, way better beaches than Bondi in Australia. This one is way too busy, too touristy and the town behind it is really grotty. Even around the corner at Tamarama it is soooooo much nicer.
No, it’s not “ a mistake most parents make “. Not a responsible parent.
I wish i could go to bondi and meet you guys! ❤
Same but I’m on the other side of the world of Bondi beach!!!!!!!!😅😅😅😅😅😅
"Mom I don't want you to freak out" every mom freaks out including mine 😂
Man they showed the backdrop and thats the level from Tony Hawks Underground 2 that is insane.
This beach makes me appreciate gulf coast! Critters but not like that!
I think more train needs to be done to see things like this if someone's saying they're hurting they're not hurt maybe that's they're running for something
03:10 This is asian flirting, pretending to be a damsel in distress. It's a whole cultural thing akin to what we had in the west 50-100 years ago.
It would've worked on me
I think the shark wasn't after the people but the fish
I got stung by a jellyfish on the thigh...I was in the water with my 8yo son...I lifted him out if the water by one hand and got him to shore.
I'm finally not a month late :D
Attack of the bluebottles!!
ahaha the brasilian dude was excited.
BondiRescue is my everything, and i recently found out my mom watched it too at my age! Anthony was alot younger then
nah if i come to bondi beach i would actually request not to be recorded cuz im not photogenic but i have never been there and wonder what its like to be honest but i 💖bondi
Finally! Not a million years late! -also love what you guys are doing!
Bro the blue bottle just wanted a hug
once in maui me and my dad went far out bc we trust our ocean since we are islanders and we went wayyy far out and we got knocked out by a humongous wave and at the time im was sick so salt water and sand didn’t feel good in and outside of my body and i had bruises all on my body.
Shark harassing surfers or surfers harassing the shark
Tbh usually surfers are super chill about sharks.
My dad is from Australia but I never got an accent and I just love Australian accents they’re so comforting 😂😂
Good luck with your work ❤
I once when i was at a beach a wave like 10-20 feet came up behind me and i did a back filp
I always go to Holden beach (I really good beach!) And I was swimming and ..a huge huge wave pushed me down and my body slid on sharp shells..
Bluebottles everywhere but I'll still go in the water.
Gee we have blue bottles here in u.k , but the flying kind..
11:52 why does that kinda look like Biggy from the Norris Nuts...
I only Sam in the ocean in Hawaii and Not far out. We stayed mostly in the lagoon.
ذكريات كنت احب هذا البرنامج 😭
I've always heard that it takes as little as 2in of water to drown. So how could a parent make the foolish decision to let their child go out in the ocean alone and then act surprised when it nearly kills them??😒
Yassssss bondi
Cant wait to watch this
It does not disappoint!
@BondiRescueno it doesn't!
I have no time for people who don't go in the water with their kids like this father the video or supervise them in the shallows Maybe he needs to see how close his daughter came to drowning because he acted like it was no big deal
Hope the lifeguards have paramedics on speed dial 😓
I just wanted to say thank you lads for putting Fahrenheit in the Thumbnail
I love you guys
I have to say, the blue bottle sign isn't scary enough, doesn't even say danger on it lol
Is it dangerous? It just hurts right?
@Deutschehordenelite What's the point of putting DANGER on it if idiot tourists don't understand it anyway?
You know what all these rescues tell you about bondi? Never go 😂
I’d go in a heartbeat!
@tammywozmoak6349 I would too, but i would know what to look out for, and what not to do lol
It's also just a mid beach, it's nothing special
@viljestaerk it’s one of the best on the east coast
I go all the time if your smart you’ll be fine
0:21 bro I almost touch one before because I was curious (it was at a tide pool)
For future reference, treatment for heatstroke is water or even ice poured over the ill person
12:04 Ouch. I could never. I got a wound maybe like 2 times from skinning my skin against concrete. The alcohol that helps the wound form infection does not feel good. I would’ve been saying 「痛い、痛い」 (Itai, Itai wich means it hurts)
7 minutes team
If I ever have a child I’m never leaving them be alone when at the water I’d be to scared
I'm scared of sharks because of this reason 😅
I’m not a good swimmer at all but my kids never ever go in the ocean by themselves
“Blue Bottles” aka Portuguese Man of War
We had 50,1 degrees Celsius once where I live. Though it dropped down to 45 quickly. Hottest day ive ever felt
Are any of these from the newer seasons I feel like a lot of stuff is reposted
human logic.... you see those things ashored but... ill get inside.. i wont get stung.. and then you are xD
Blue ring octopus
Dude at 2:15 is most likely Germanic-Frisian. I walked around with a collapsed lung for a week, thought I had back ache. It's not like it doesn't hurt, but you just ignore it because pain never wins.
My biggest dream was to go to Austrilia No longer for quite awhile
I don’t trust beaches mostly in summer cause of sharks and + I can’t swim properly without getting harassed be a surf board pulling me under water still so funny how I got pulled up by the waves backwards and flopped onto shore infront of lots of pple 😂😂😂😂
Aaaah penthrox
I got sting all over my leg
HI😟
Realy
it was the bondi shooting
hate see what these guy have deal with during the shooting
I don’t know
We love Bondi Rescue, but disappointed that Sports Bet is one of the ads.
Wait why
I swear this channel just keep uploading the same clips it has before in different compilations. It's getting obvious.
Last year in SA I got stung by a bluebottle at a sketchy beach that had dead pufferfish along the shore
Uvongo or Margate? 🤣
Hello worlddddd😊
Under an hour omg!❤
As an English person if I saw the warning notice about the blue bottles I would be looking for flies. Bluebottles in the UK are largish flies. I think the woman who wanted to stay in the lifeguards station just wanted somewhere to rest out of the sun,I bet she had not been stung at all.
Well, she doesn't have the right to. Having a pathetic pain tolerance doesn't make you deserving of special treatment.
@barbaraaldam204 it does show a picture of the jellyfish so I assume people would use their brain and connect the two.
Really want new content
But l hope nothing is wrong
