All your modules are on the passenger side under the glove box .The little older Cascadia used to have problems with leaking to the same cab plugs on the passenger side it might have the same problem with water leaking.check plug for corrosion.
It appears as this is a option since i have been in 22-24 cascadia and none of them had that plug installed as shown in video
The important info….DO NOT PLUG INTO THE DEALER DIAGNOSTIC PORT. It might be hard to find but there is a customer port for your elog

You have 1226 connector behind the removable dash panel. It has a tag on it, may have to dig around to find it.
