France has so many preserved natural areas that you are going to love. The Jura mountains, the Plateau de Millevaches (my place!!!), the Armorican Forest, Monet's garden in Giverny, the Ecrins national park... Moving back to the french countryside completely changed my relationship with life and I'm feeling blessed that our nature is left untouched.

i love how easily you can be physically and emotionally close to others, even people you've just met or don't see often. i really admire that vulnerability because it's hard for me to feel comfortable in that way even around friends I've known for years. i wonder if it's a me thing because it's always been hard or if it'll feel natural around the right people? either way, it's a beautiful trait and I'm striving to be more comfortable opening my heart and arms around others like that

I wanted to say that when you are out and about making eye contact and letting people know that you see them with your eyes is Very important. It's often that people try to approach when your guards are down and they think you can't see them. So making that eye contact is important and something we as women should do more ✨ I love you!
Agree to disagree. I keep my head up but I use my peripheral vision. Making eye contact makes people more likely to engage. It’s safer to look alert but not attract attention with eye contact imo

Since I've recently been doing this, no men approach me or even try me. They hesitate. when im in a group with my friends I especially make it an effort to look at men when they come to close or when I feel off energy from them. I loved seeing the Tuileries park again! My family moved to Paris for a year when I was young and I remember we used to go there and play and sit on those green metal chairs or watch kids play with the little boats you could rent. Even though it’s only a couple of afternoons in one year of my life, it encompasses so much of what happy childhood memories feel like to me and it’s been such a while since I’ve seen any pictures or videos of it!

Loved this ❤️ some vegan recommendations if you’re looking for any! There’s a Korean-Lebanese fusion place called Gangnam Falafel, the owner and staff are so sweet and the food is amazing. Vegan cafe called Cloud Cakes which does vegan croissants 👌 and a vegan bakery chain called Land and Monkey which do amazing pastries. There’s also the grand mosquée in the 5th which has a beautiful indoor and outdoor restaurant and the mint tea is amazing 👌 🌿
I might not consistently watch your videos as they're posted (I watch randomly) but they always make me somewhat happy. I suffer from chronic depression, and being social and "normal" shoots my anxiety higher than the stars, but your videos, YOU Hitomi, always make it seem like there's light at the end of my dark tunnel and I wanna thank you for that. But I lived in the country side of France, I dislike big cities generally. But I loved Paris, the art, the not-so-touristy places, the flirty, joie de vivre energy. I love France. I gotta say, i had high expectations of Paris that were not met. I did not like it as much as i thought i would. The architecture is beautiful for sure, but those damn gray skies don't go well with Paris' color scheme. It just makes it feel depressing. I think Rome hit those expectations a lot closer. I did visit some "country side" wine making farm. Now, that was a part of France that I reeaallly liked. That farm was stunning

Make eye contact, don’t get glued to your phone, don’t shut out sound with headphones. Situational awareness can save your life and help you get out, or stay out of a bad situation.

I got my nose broken by a guy who got rough w me on the stairs to Montmartre. He made the mistake of attacking a woman while wearing glasses though. Lucky shot. Throat, balls, eyes. If you're much shorter, drive palm of hand straight up and strike the underside of nose as hard as possible. Dont forget.
