Found you from Rosies channel. What a fantastic talent you are! Amazing sounds. Can I ask about the decoration around your pans... where can I buy these from?
Hey thank you so much!! There are several people making this handpan ropes. Look for “handpan rope” in Facebook or Instagram and you will find a lot 🙂 there is a Instagram account that I follow is called handpan_rope All the best for you🤗
I wish africans use this intrument... this flow, this line is woke style orientated music ... intrument is great but the ideas made with it are extremly boring ...not everyday is raining, and melancolic, some days you have sun and rithm...
Hi Mike! Totally agree with you. We both work on our music trying to not repeat patrons and to use the instrument as many options & styles we can. Here it’s cold but we also explore sunny days scales and styles :) have a look around our music, also Manu Delago, Alexandre Lora(from Brasil), Kabeçao, Nadishana.. so different styles exploring cultures & world musics.
@@marloihandpan ya all sing it in similar style like is raining ouside. Sometimes hard rain sometimes soft rain but is still rain 🌧 ... ex: i canT imagine a violin sounding only like european opera, since other nation adopted the violin they took it out from that opera narative... and it became one of the most used instrument in modern music 🎶 ... I like this percussion instrument but nobody wants to stretch it for new ideas 💡 that makes it so boring 😴 ... good for pregnant ladies to relax ...
@@MIKEDIAMONDZ I think you should investigate much more about the handpan music! This instrument has 20 years old and we are a lot of musicians creating with so many different styles. It’s on your hand.
Mike, you are right. There is one common thing to every handpan regardless of material or tonality... the powerchord hammered into every tone field: quint and octave. For most ears, this is very pleasing, but i guess you are different and hear rain in every tone of a handpan🙄 Nonetheless we "normies" will continue to meditate with and enjoy the sounds of the handpan.😎
@@peterkoch3777 enjoy it, nobody stops you ... for me is a great instrument but is mostly sung in a same manner in a " weak man style " ... like women play the harp 🙃 ... sad. When african or indians took the violent from europeans they made that violin dance not wave... make people dance on it. Bring rithm in it instead of suicidal lines
