I love how after everyone gave up on him, Rey was the only one who believed he could be turned. It really went from a skywalker killing a palpatine to a skywalker saving a palpatine. Honestly I wish he was the one to survive but the fact he gave us back Rey because he knew it was the right thing to do adds to his amazing character.
I don't really think so because all i think he's just a big baby and the parts of his character is his lightsaber crystal is cracked and his lightsaber fighting style
I really thought it was so unfair in the scene with Han and Ben that they used the “I know” line (which I have nothing against it I love the line and it makes me sob every time) but I always felt that they really deserved to share their “I love you’s” in this scene. I wondered why Han doesn’t tell Ben he loves him and I realized that because Han is just a memory that Ben may not even remember the last time his father told him he loved him. Especially since he was sent to Luke at such a young age and Snoke had been manipulating him since he was a child. And now I’m crying oops.
But he was! He carried on the difficult, conflicted, ambitious, twisted, heart wrenching Skywalker legacy that was begun so long ago. He may not have been the last one standing at the end, but it was his choice, and his strength, that redeemed the Skywalker name for all time. Everything that remains stands on his shoulders. He closed the circle with the power of his sacrifice, and that's why Rey says SKYWALKER when asked who she is. Not because she claims the name, but to keep it alive
Rey was one of the characters who helped him return to the light side, if you ask me, both of them should have been the main focus. As much as I like Rey, I do agree that this trilogy should have had Ben as its main character.

Han and Leia saved Ben, he got a second change to do better. He killed is dad but Han knew at that moment it had to happen. Leia knew at her last moment wat she had to do. The change of Ben was the ultimate love they gave to him❤ Ben grew up practicly without his parents. He knever felt this power of love inside till that moment when Leia died for him and he understood why Han gave up his life to. The universe is a better place because of Ben and he did also saved Rey❤

Kylo didn't deserve to finish so bad, he just needed to be helped by someone that could understand his feelings. He had his reasons to be bad, but have never been really bad. As Anakin he was always conflicted and in pain and has been betrayed by his master. The 1rst time I saw him in his first movie I thought that he was just bad, but when I knew what's happened him first become so I realized that it wasn't his fault if he became so; he deserve to come back in other movies, sequels, I mean, him and other principals characters, like Anakin, Han Solo, Luke, Leia.... It isn't right that just came back Palpatine, he can come back after he died and others can't do it!
I honestly believe that Ben his whole life felt so out of place and not cared, loved, supported etc, enough. As Ben grew, snoke groomed him, manipulated him, gaining bens trust, building him up, making Ben feel more appreciated and cared for. I believe that snoke knew that Ben wanted to feel like he belonged somewhere and needed to hear how important he was to someone, and took advantage of that because he knew he could take advantage of Ben. That he could TURN Ben to the dark side. So he made Ben believe that he and the dark side only cared for him. That he wasn’t important to his family but to him. That he was a no body but not to him. And Ben took that bait, especially when he realized that like thought about killing him. That’s when all his trust left and it hurt him so much. He loved his family but he felt like he wasn’t apart of the family. That he wasn’t good enough and like them. That he never truly belonged. Alls Ben really wanted was to feel loved, belongingness, cared, appreciated, and UNDERSTOOD! and that’s why I believe that the moment he meets Rey, his whole world and thoughts changed. He felt connected to her and even though snoke said that he was the reason for that. He wasn’t the complete reason. I think snoke thought he could either turn to defeat Rey, and build Ben stronger and he did build Ben stronger, because as Ben starts to notice snoke treating him like shit and making him feel worthless and more in pain, but felt that Rey genuinely believed in him, that she could see the good in him. Even past the feelings she had for him (the hate, the anger). That she still thought there was hope for him. That even after all the things she knows and has seen him do, she STILL believed in him and showed that. And he actually gave Ben the strength to turn back and actually gave Ben someone who he needed. Snoke actually failed and underestimated his targets, And that’s why Ben switched with Rey. Alls he wanted was to feel cared for, and to know he really mattered to someone. That he was accepted for who he was and was appreciated for who he is. And for us to watch his story grow etc, is crazy. He went from a lost boy to a guy who finally felt at peace with himself and found someone to truly accept him and understand him. And I love it. This video is so beautiful, and touching. And it shows the true story.

I have to say, for all my beef with Rise of Skywalker I did love the scene with Ben and Han. Such a great emotional payoff for what was set up in Force Awakens.
Nice tribute i like Kylo rens journey. The movies are a hot Mess and don’t have nearly an impact the two other trilogies do but they had great characters to work with and develop.

Adam Driver did an amazing job but it’s just my personal opinion that the character of Kylo Ren was poorly written he was just too much of a Darth Vader wannabe. They were trying to potray Kylo Ren as the next Vader. Nevertheless he was the only interesting character in the Sequel trilogy.
THE BEST CHARACTER FROM 7-9! But still...0 original characters...Kylo is like Anakin/Vader copy. He even look similar (ok, he is his grandson but really? Long hair and scar?)
