they can't fix it, and as soon as they do someone else has another one with another method, it's the #1 reason why competition is broken. and this certainly isn't the only game, ALL games have this problem now. there is going to be a single-player META coming back for streaming. Battle Royals or any PVP game is dying cuz of this.
I deal with this kind of stuff all the time in matches. I report them and I post evidence, but people just tell me oh that's just regular gameplay and stuff like that. I wish more people could see this and understand that I have seen this stuff all the time.
