I have succefully sputtered copper in glass, however, when I try to plate copper (galvanic acid copper bath) , the deposit come off the glass. What possible is hapening? thanks for any help and great video.
I don't have sputtering experience, so take what I say with a grain of salt. There is a chance of the glass surface that you're using isn't clean. Applied Science made a video on cleaning glass microscope slides. You should also try having a titanium "primer" layer. Thought Emporium made a video on growing human neurons, he sputtered gold onto a glass microscope slide, but when cells are grown into the slides the gold layer peeled off.
