Emmerdale - Debbie & Andy's baby is a match for Sarah - 9/3/2012

Cameron is preparing to leave for Jersey as the Dingles await the test results to see if the baby is a match. Chas is sad but relieved that Cameron is leaving, and feels uncomfortable when Charity explains that she wants to get Cameron and Debbie back together. Debbie is apprehensive when the phone rings.
At the garage, Aaron and Cameron hear the cheer from across the road and know it's good news. The Dingles are delighted - the baby is a match. The Dingles and Andy go to the pub to celebrate and Alicia gives her congratulations to Andy. Lisa asks Cain if he is joining them at the table but rejects the offer, clearly still not wanting anything to do with Zak.
Later, Debbie goes to see Cameron and wants him to stay, but he's unsure - doubting whether their relationship can work. Debbie desperately pleads and eventually Cameron agrees to stay.

When Sarah was ill around this time she needed a stem cell transplant to save her life. Andy and Debbie were told that a sibling would be the best match and so Andy and Debbie conceived Jack together as they decided a full blood sibling was the best option.
They got rejected for IVF due to not being a proper couple
