it is nice to know that the AIDD include weight and fabric type detection that way, the competitor's advertisement technique wont works for me :D LG's washing machine is still the only washing machine that packed all the awesome features, slim design and silent operation together. (not include water temperature monitoring and pasteurization which are features included in panasonic, bosch, other chinese brand, etc s' wahers )
Panasonic was one of the worst machines I have ever had! And the parts are expensive as… I expected better as I love there tvs and stereos But definitely would not get one again.
I love lg but my 2018 FH4U2TDN2s ThinQ washer But Has been making a weird electrical buzzing noise since before Christmas and before that was like a rubber squeak coming from it while washing but nothing caught in it. The electrical noise it got louder so decided to investigate 2 days ago when I pulled off the back panel my element had rusted connections and water in the bottom panel I soon realised it’s coming from the bearing but there is no loud noises it sounds normal and does everything normal bar this buzzing that does Fade away after 20 minutes or so. The app told me there was no issues? But clearly it has a very bad issue and now I have to scrap it because I been told it’s dying and will completely brake in the future or possibly blow up from water leaking on the electrics. I can get it fixed if I want to spend nearly 200 quid. So I have bought a new one still off you, but a washer dryer combo it has 5 years warranty so that attracted me just hope it lasts 9 10 years like my first WM lg intello washer and not like this one. I live on my own I thought it would last longer than this.

so you changed it just for not changing the bearing? it will last other 10 years if youuse powder detergent extra rinse and hot washes once a week! bearing eubber protection been destroyed and water came inside the bearings because use liquid cold and short washings! nb bearing cost 20 euros
Got cheated big time buying LG refrigerator and Airconditioner. Not at all durable. Problems started in 1 year and worst service. They have charged for gas refill three times but still issue not resolved.
Got a Samsung washing machine and after 3 months they want more than the price of the machine to replace a rubber band that we didn’t touch at all… seems that these days, post service is terrible no matter what you buy… best thing is, don’t buy anything too fancy or too expensive
Our refrigerator is still going even after 14 years of daily use!!! Seems like it can go for another 5-10 years. Till now we never had to face a single issue 😁oldest electric product of our home
no lol. i just bought this exact washer but its 10kg after having the samsung add wash. samsungs are so over prices. my add wash which costs 1800 dollars bangs the shaft and is very loud on spin cycle so i decided to buy this lg that costs 700 dollars and it is 10 times better and i will never ever buy any other washer other than lg.
Kindly do not buy LG AI products, it's poor quality plus poor service, since 2 weeks my laundry has been piled up, my brand new washing machine stopped working in 15days... The repair is taking months.. Worst choice I made in electronics

We consumer can only take our lessons on which company electronics to invest in future and we can enlighten/spread awareness to others too the poor product quality of LG ... It’s a pathetic washer dryer machine. It has shrunk my clothes, made holes in them, and made the fabric dull. LG India technicians are clueless and the Area Managers don’t know what to do. Best to avoid LG….Don’t make the mistake

LG was too Good in Machine I use it From 4month Still Now the wash Quality is much better than other Machine And Vibration is Very Low..Go for it
