I doubt shaving your head for several years would make any difference to your hair growth. Off-screen photos of Glen Jacobs doing political jobs showed he had a full head of hair only that he shaved it for his character. Lucky dude to have so much hair at his age. A lot of men aren't so lucky. Glad to be young in my 20s.

For example Sevenfootmonster22 he uploaded over 300 Kane videos and he posted videos about Kane non stop that didn't make him fascinated into Kane , he just showed people some matches. Does he still work out frequently because he came back kind of skinny then through out the months he was not that skinny but in this pic he looks skinny and he has lost weight now. I know he had bicep surgery years ago but does that mean he cannot work out anymore?

when you cut your hair. it will come back longer. so he been cutting his hair for 9 years. so he would grow it back fast :P
