Hi law hero 👏 im studying the constitution. I'm a auditor, and I'm trying to find out if you get stopped by Garda siochana in a public place ,am I obliged to give my name and details? Or if someone rings the Garda siochana for me making a video in public place ? As far as I am aware it's not in a constitution
