I had that issue last summer fixing my 07 3.2L Dodge Caravan. Had 7 weird faults I just didn't figure out. Put my scan tool on and the inlet air tep showed 242 degrees Celcius. Thinking that might be on the high side I bought the last sensor they had at my parts store riding my bicycle down. Carefully put it in the rubber inlet duct. All 7 snags went bye-bye forever. Kind of weird/ very satisfying. Still have the old girl. 301,000 km on her. Doesn't burn oil and idles like a champ. I bought a 2023 Corolla Cross as a backup. Just in case. 3,000Km oil changes. for over 17 years.

Can we use throttle body cleaner to test for vacuum leaks by spraying it near suspected areas to see if rpm changes?
Yes you can
Try a heavy oil, like gear oil.
