The problem was that the bin path was not showing that solved itself. But the actual problem I'm facing is that my app is not initialization with firebase it crashes.

After running the command 'which is registering pre-platform apps with firebase' in vscode.
It Registered successfully, but after running the code, Getting issues with build.Gradle
Changed the minSDKversion to 21 as you said, but all in vain.

solution found
just go to cmd and run "npm install -g npm"
this command and it'll install it and you don't need to add path it'll automatically create the path variable
