You can say that again!! She was good after a few minutes. Luckily she just had a few scrapes. It might be a while before she goes back out with us but I hope the wreck didn’t spoil biking for her.
Thanks John…she was fine after a few minutes. A little scraped up but doing well. She’s a little skiddish about getting back on a bike but we will see. Have a great weekend!!
Glad Brooke is ok, I have my new liberty trike, you would have to see our upper driveway and the lower to know what I mean by a "hill", but I fell the 1st time I was riding it, just lost my balance on the hill, backing down one hill and onto another hill and over I went on my side. No blood, not even a bruise, I am lucky cause I am no spring chicken. I am still loving my trikes but we have such a "hill" thing going on at our home, that it is hard to ride anywhere. But once down, if able, time to get up and get back on them again. Still would like to get out on a bike trail, but have not done so yet.
@@ReflectionsofOurLife Still want to hit a trail, around Grafton somewhere I think to start. The hard part is getting them onto a truck to get where the trails are at.
You’re probably right. I’d try it on the Rattan with the bigger battery but I’m not so sure Lisa could on the Lectric. We will probably go back and see what we can do sometime soon.
@Reflections of Our Life Thing to remember is ebikes are really efficient above 20mph. On flat with my weight I was using around 8-9amps going 20mphs with my 750w bike that peaks to 1200w.
See, I told you! Helmet,Helmet, Helmet. Those who have not fallen have not ridden far enough. 11 broken bones, many cracked ribs, & no head injury at all. Destroyed several helmets.
Hi, I'm in Mother Nature jail. 98 degrees. (I call her something else) rhymes with ditch. Going to get a Himway 26" or Aventon 26" when the dollar bills get large enough.
I feel for you! It’s been cool here for the last 3 or 4 days but starting tomorrow it’s back up in the 90s for at least the next week with a lot of humidity. I’ve heard pretty good things about those two bikes and would like to get one after I buy my wife’s anniversary present. Probably be a while though.
7th Gear and running out of pedal. sounds like to me you're rear derailleur is not shifting down to your lowest gear, when you're in 7th it looks like you're riding in 5th Gear. Give the rear gearring a looking over, and make sure your chain is down to the bottom ring when in 7th....
Thanks for the info. I looked and the chain is on the seventh gear cog. I have a similar problem with the Lectric bikes. I probably just need to change it the gear cartridge like a lot of other people have done.
So glad to hear you say that Brooke was ok , another great video and impressive range on the ratten look forward to the next video
Thanks Cory! She was fine after a few minutes. Just a few scrapes but she is good. Have a great weekend and I hope to get back out this weekend.
@@ReflectionsofOurLife great to hear , and u and your family have a great weekend as well
Tell Brook the more spills you have the better you learn to ride. I am glad she is fine. Thanks for another good video.
Thanks…I’ll tell her that! She’s a tough girl so I’m sure she will be back out soon!!
Glad to hear that Brooke's alright. Everything else is very, very secondary to that.

Sorry to hear about brooke 😔, hope she's doing well. love the great scenic view👍

Brooke is great! Just a few scrapes. I do know Grafton so I can imagine what you mean. Trails are the way to go if you can get to one for sure.

If you pedal it would make it there and back just keep it around 15 to 18 mph.

That’s good to know. I’ll have to check that. Our bikes sound pretty similar.

I hear you Saddletramp! The one thing Brooke didn’t hurt was her head thanks to her helmet.
I'm glad brooke is ok. Nice ride otherwise.
Thanks Janet…she is fine and she’s a tough girl so I’m sure she will be back out again soon.
