Personally I wouldn't use RUclips audio library. If you meet the requirements for monetization and apply, and RUclips denies it, you can't take all your work and move it to another platform because you have RUclips's music. The question I have is, how long will RUclips tolerate people copying this style and start declining monetization on all new channels? Giving you the reason it's too repetitious, as if there aren't already THOUSANDS of channels giving the same thing as others, yet they got monetized.

Depends on a lot. Canva is free for the most part and good for basics. Capcut if you need something more advanced but free. Premier is if you have money to spend and want to go with a properly pro editor focused tool. Most of my videos are done in Canva or Capcut since it's easy
