It must be, literally, the best funded disease in terms of research there is. HIV/AIDS, siclecell anaemia, you think these diseases are easy to fundraise for? Silly you if you do!
I'm a bit bemused why you wouldn't put others first. I mean the ones that love you. My first cancer diagnosis was aged 18. they were all so sad, I felt duty bound to look after them. Make it ok for them. Why wouldn't I? I'm 53 now and have a stage 4 diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer. I feel no different now than when I was 18. Help them be as ok with it as they can be. I can see that I have a head start on you, but I wont ever understand why you couldn't consider them from the off.
I am doing as good as I can. Depressed but ok Thanks. My appointments where changed due to issues to check on my incision and schedule treatment. Next week I will know more.

I am in Oklahoma but starting the journey. I have no real support or help from family or the small community I live in. I only have my service dog.
