In my experience, that understates their interest in NOLOCK a bit too much. They're more than enjoyers of NOLOCK, they're downright enthusiasts, evangelists, perhaps even cultists! They decorate every table reference with a NOLOCK hint because a casual observer might miss a subtle SET TRANSACTION ISOLATION LEVEL READ UNCOMMITTED command. They're doing all of that extra typing to spread the good word!

I tend to agree about ChatGPT and similar - useful for a "broad brush" of something I might try, but not for specifics. (And some are useful for easily getting to the appropriate MSLearn pages, which is kind of ironic that AI beats a search engine.)
