This is proof that WOT is full of Bots, look at the 703 II and the TS-5 at the end, they don't move, they are still, as they don't have enemies in their "operational radius", they remain stuck and don't move... PS: GG for the Bourrasque Player
They might be someone's personal bots, but they don't belong to WG. They'd have a colon before and after their name in the details page if they were bots. WG doesn't use bots above tier 5. Personally I think those two tanks went AFK or got disconnected. Some of these players play at work and their boss might walk in. Or some kid might be playing when he's not supposed to and his mom walks in. It happens!
