    Good to see you back. Thanks. Can you help us setup / digest your segments by telling us HOC when you mow and maybe the temps you are in? Love watching these Bermuda tips.

      Mowing at about 7/8inch. Temperatures currently in the 70’s but as the year goes on we can hit 100 to 110 degree temperatures. I will keep it in mind for future videos.

    I’ve bought so many chemicals and fertilizers the past few years I decided to just use what I already had till they finish for this season

    That Revolution 26 is a gamechanger; I can't wait until they have a battery-powered version available. Having just moved not long ago to GA with a Bermuda lawn, I am excited to advance my lawn journey. I've been using an EGO 2135SP for the past 2 years and I am soon picking up a gently used McLane 20" off marketplace and will outfit it with Reel Rollers items to bring it up to speed. Just came across your channel here, excellent and pertinent content! Maybe one question you can answer - my front lawn has typical undulations (not ruts) and my backyard has exposed tree roots, at times fallen twigs, and also not completely flat - will I damage my McLane at all mowing these areas?

      @dwaynesworldlawn  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for the comment and the question. The roots of the tree can be problematic. As long as the reel doesn’t come into contact you will be fine but you definitely want to make sure you set your HOC according. I would also try to either blow or rake the twigs before mowing. The more you just mow grass and nothing else the longer your reel will stay sharp. Lastly as far as the ruts, don’t feel like the your lawn is different then most. People sometimes assume that lawns that are mowed with a reel mower are completely flat but that’s a myth. The only issue i can see is maybe it will be harder to cut super low but would think 3/4 to 1 inch shouldn’t be an issue and really is the ideal height in my opinion.

    He's Back! Thank you for the update and showing us that beautiful rye overseed. I loved getting to see the shrubs blooming. Can you grow Japanese Maples there? I'm trying here but I really have to baby them. We had over 16 inches of rain in January and February and the Post Oaks had one of the heaviest blooms that I have seen. The pollen usually doesn't bother me but this year it has. I have been hoping for some storms to wash it all away, but we just got by-passed by two squall lines so I've got my fingers crossed for tomorrow!

      They do sell Japanese maples in my area but do not own one. There beautiful trees and understand why people like them. I appreciate all the support!!! 👍🏻

    What height were you mowing ur rye at? Are you overseeding again for next year? And lastly, was looking forward to seeing your new revo 26 for reviews

      @dwaynesworldlawn  8 месяцев назад

      I more then likely will not overseed the backlawn next year but may do my front lawn. Hopefully a revolution 26 review will happen 1 day in the future. 👍🏻
