Lovely summer day! Nello seems to be such a confident and happy Iggy! So many people I know have the wrong idea about Italian Greyhounds...that they would be nervous, shy and problematic. With a calm, loving and confindent owner like yourself an Iggy will of course reflect that behaviour. Wonderful to see!
Thank you so much for this comment. I totally agree - a dog is like a reflection of yourself. I feel like there is only two types of iggies - super fearless or super skittish.
We adopted an 11 year old IGGY who was abandoned in an unheated shed and luckily rescued. We had 3 beautiful years with this precious little girl and recently lost her. Your VLOGS about Nello have really helped ease the pain. Thank you!
I love your video, and of course "Nello"!❤ our Noël is a Red Fawn IGGY, and watching Nello, especially the dirt roll was 😂😂... we have foxes and deer in our woods... you can imagine...great fun! I'll definitely follow your Nello adventures ❤

My IG loves every dog and human she encounters but she is a little scared of bigger dogs...for obvious reasons. We had a pitbull type dog run up to us. Luckily, I saw it coming and grabbed my girl and held on tight until the other dog's owner came and got it. I'm not normally afraid of any dog but I gotta say I was a little scared of what he might do. He jumped up on me....sniffing wildly!
Yes there are definitely some breeds that I am more careful with too. Not because they are particularly aggressive but just because they are so much bigger than our little ones.
I wish we had this kind of park where I live! I live in Quebec, Canada and there are few dog friendly places like this :( i wish Quebec was a more dog friendly province.
It only takes one idiots dog and Nello will be in pieces. Many dogs see my whippets as easy zipp bags of meat and Nello is even smaller. My 46kg maremma generally sorts out potential dangers but I always try to get my two whippets back on leash while I work out the other dog owner, and dog. Always ask is your dog ok with others because a lot of people walk potentially dangerous dogs and that's a bad day for all mostly the dog that gets attacked.

Do I did not. But it can definitely be helpful, especially to train them to calm down and stay home alone ☺️
