The first woman should be considering two businesses. Her original business created her second business which is an additional stream of revenue for her. She should keep alluring curves and also brand her teaching business. She can use alluring curves as her proof of concept that she in fact knows what she is teaching. She can give her mentees an opportunity to explore her business model first hand as part of her teaching strategy.
It seems everyone wants to be a coach because they see coaching generates income but don’t have the tools or proper knowledge to do that. On the honest side i wouldn’t want coaching from them because they aren’t clear and they don’t seem to be confident. It seems their original businesses should still be priority rather than do something else because it’s the popular thing to do. Donni definitely is a top tier coach!!
Love this feedback! This is why no matter the field you're in you need coaching in that field so that you can go down the right direction and become clear and efficient. No one starting anything new is going to be ready to coach every single person who needs it but then you grow and become top tier like Donni. Luckily there are people out there that appreciate the growth journey and doesn't take away value based assuming their level of experience.
@@enrbunny There certainly is an appreciation for growth in business, this is true. My opinion is when it comes to coaching it seems like everyone wants the title because it’s popular without the tools to actually perform and if i paid $1,400 or $3,000 for what was demonstrated here i would definitely feel played. It just doesn’t seem like this would be the lane that works at this time until the “system” is proven to work. This is just my opinion. I’d love to see the growth for sure.
throughout the entire conversation, I was genuinely confused - lots of looping; I watched Donni try to untangle for clarity and I struggled, legimately 🫦. I wish these ladies well:)

I agree it can be a spa school. Beauty industry needs secondary education. The basics were not enough!
