    నాకు షుగర్ వచ్చినతరువాత "నడక" అలవాటు చేసుకున్నాను.
    అప్పుడు నాకు అర్థమైంది నడవడం వల్ల చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉన్నాను, ఫ్రెష్ గా ఉన్నాను అనిపించింది. అది ఒకటే కాదు జ్వరం, దగ్గు, జలుబు లాంటివి నా జోలికి రావడం మానేశాయి.
    అంటే ఒక ఇబ్బంది వచ్చింది, దానికోసం నడక ఒకటి చేస్తే ఇన్ని ప్రయోజనాలు కలిగితే మనం ప్రయత్నం చేస్తే చాలా మార్పులు చేసుకోవచ్చు, అప్పుడు మన ఆరోగ్యం మనచేతిలో ఉంది అని అర్థమవుతుంది.

    Health habits that I've been following for 3 years are as follows:
    1. Drinking 500ml of water after waking up and meditate for 10 mins.
    2. 2. For better digestion I drink sufficient(2 glasses) amount of water atleast 30 mins before a meal and drinking water atleast after 1 hour of every meal and consuming atleast 2-3 lit of water depending upon my day.
    3. Exercising for about 1 hour every day.
    4. Having just 3 meals a day.
    5. Having only home made foods and including Protein, Healthy fats, Fiber, Carbs, and Vitamins in every meal.
    6. Mindful eating and enjoying the taste of every meal.
    7. Following the Sunrise and Sunset method for meals means to start eating after 7am and stop after 7pm.
    8. Sleeping for 8hrs every night 10pm to 6pm(Uninterrupted Sleep). and repeat.
    Habits to avoid strictly: Outside food like Junk food, sugary foods, Maida, Bekary items, Restarunt foods, and soft drinks anlong with ice creams which slowly kills us.
