Fun Theory: From what I've seen and read up about the Doom and Wolfenstein franchise, appearently The world of Doom and the world of Wolfenstein are one and the same with the protagonist of Wolfenstein B.J. Blazkowicz being the distant ancestor of the Doom Guy. If this is true then that means Doom Guy would have the last name Blazkowicz. This might also explain his high pention for slaughtering demons, since in most of the Wolfenstein series B.J. goes head to head with demonic entities.
was confirmed by John Romero and Tom Hall that Doomguy was the son of Commander Keen aka Billy Blaze and thus the great-grandson of BJ Blazkowicz. So last name would be Blaze actually not Billy's dad changed last name cause he's a news anchor or something

The Wolfenstein and Doom take place in the same universe not the same world and also considering DOOM GODS world is basically gone now because if you look in the second to last level you can see in Earth that is completely destroyed there's a third that that is a DOOM GODS Earth

Well doomslayer did become a one true god of demon slaying. He did kill the creator God turned devil.
I have a theory: I think the reason why Doom Guy is considered a Virgin even though he had a Wife and a Son is because he was "rebooted". Ever since he was found by the Knight Sentinels, he was given with ETERNAL strength, speed, reflex, and rage by what I would call an ETERNAL Machine where he turned from ordinary Doom guy was just a marine into the DOOMSLAYER, thanks to the hooded stranger (I forgot his name but he is the same thing that used to be known as Samuel Hayden). Not only did it make the DOOMSLAYER powerful, but it also wiped off ALL his memories containing the time of when he first lost virginity. Let me know what you think because that's just my theory.

fun fact, since it's canon that Doomguy is "Billy" B.J. Blascowicz the Third (And son of Commander Keen), that means the Doom Marine is either one-of or related-to-the twin children of the Commander, meaning he probably has either a twin sister or two twin siblings.
Also, it means he's probably Jewish, as B.J. the first's mother was a Polish Jew. That doesn't really affect anything, but it's cool.
Seeing the fear on the I.M.P is so satisfying and enjoyable

@@Mast3rKK I honestly don't try to get too invested in the Doom Wolfenstein intertwined lore, it doesn't make sense that apparently Doom can be confirmed to be different names, but then they turn around and say that every Doom Guy is the same person, meaning the "other" family members that were other Doom Guys wouldn't make sense.

2:25 that's way to high a number for how old he is, a quick google search lets you know his real age is probobly closer to the billions, not 100 billions even. that might not seem like a whole lot less but a billion seconds is 31.7 years and a trillion would be 31,709.8 years. So saying he 20 trillion years old is the biggest overstatement of the century. the kill count might seem like a lowball, but if he was 20 trillion than I think it's actually rather sound. he kills 1000s if not 10s of 1000s every day. So maybe this is future doom guy.
side note: HE DID NOT KILL DEMONS JUST BECAUSE OF HIS FUDGING RABBIT! HIS WHOLE FAMILY WAS MURDERED BY DEMONS AND HE WAS STUCK ON MARS... FIGHTING DEMONS.

You meet him in doom eternal and it is his son that is turned into the creature you face he is the one that betrayed the centre at all and allowed the attack onto earth. The original one not the second time it happened or on the Earth you’re saving in that game.
