He feels guilty to the point where he lied to Erza about his fake fiancee just because he thought Erza didn’t deserve him for what he did to her. 3. Erza HAS FORGIVEN HIM ALREADY. (I admit this isn’t a comparatively strong point of mine, but still a point)
