    This one is for Masklin, who is suffering from Finger Flexor Tendonitis for 16 months now and lacks a good exercise for eccentrics of the fingers. Hope this one helps you out!

    Can you please create a video on how to train finger grip for climbing? My grip strength for holds on a bar is quite good, however I really suck at climbing because I don't have the strength in my fingers. That would really be awesome!
