Gorgeous home! What’s the price? If I decide to choose this floor plan, can I have option of 1. Crown molding, 2. Spiral staircase, 3. Paneling the staircase wall and 4. No pool but maybe some fountain or other water effect? I have lived in homes with these features and want to modify them.
Hi there, This home starts at 1.7 million. Yes you can add all of the finishes that you want but. The water feature will most likely need to be built after closing as the builder usually does. Or do this however I can see if we can get it added. Do you live here in the area or are you moving here?

That home the way it is built out is about 3million. That is with many expensive upgrades!!
