Check out this newly constructed ADU in Mid City Los Angeles. This garage conversion was 200 sq.ft and we did an addition of 500sqf The ADU was design as 2 bed 2 Bath.
The Home owners decided to go with a bigger kitchen, Island and beautiful backsplash. When considering building an ADU or JADU, it is important to take into consideration who is going to occupy the accessory dwelling unit. We also teach you how to build a new concrete driveway.

All my designs are custom. It all depends on what the homeowner, the Usage exteriors.
