On a tube sheet the controlling corrosion amount would usually be the tube condition and gasket sealing surface. Ditto for if the tube has a ferrule or has a welded end. The tube sheet usually has plenty of corrosion allowance, so the tube condition is usually the controlling element.... though for alloys and other unusual features may be closer to the tmin. MrEric
