- With the recent mythic plus changes yesterday the dungeons all are starting to feel tuned pretty well, the change to the last boss of Neltharus was pretty big

Vids going hard man, been loving shadow priest for M+ after playing resto Sham for a decade. This is only my second season trying to get to 20s, determined lol. Spriest changes were a bit controversial online but I like a lot of the rework that cleaned up redundant spells
thanks Troy I appreciate it! shadow's a lot of fun right now imo, its really strong too! I think overall the rework has been a step in the right direction, makes it much more available to new players as well as giving it just a better damage profile because mind sear while fun had a lot of issues
Are you not useing atrocitys ui but with a twist i use it myself but yours look hella clean wp and is that with new tier set or the Old?
yeah it's Atrocity's UI but I changed the position of the resource bar, cast bar, buff bar and removed his dot timers! and this video is with the old 10.0 tier set
what exactly is that long line of letters after the "TALENT: cooment? I dont understand
If you take the string of letters and go to your talent page inside of the game, you can import the talents I'm using with that

First pull: Crash on 2 targets, was it for insanity going to the 5 pack? and why did you wait so long to torrent?
the crash was just a muscle memory mistake -- and I wanted to see the damage difference from spamming out ghosts instead of torrenting off rip since I had ran this dungeon like 10 times beforehand for the trinket, torrenting asap is better
Is Insidious Ire worth playing? or is 3 keystone better?
I feel that N'zoth idol is so lackluster, Even if I am casting Void Torrent into a target for funnel and Psychic link.
The good thing about shadow is that any single target increase is also a direct aoe buff because of psychic link, with that being said though in the bigger aoe dungeons nzoth ends up being around 10%ish of my damage so I would still play it there. However in dungeons like Neltharion's Lair you could definitely use insidious ire since the pulls are really small generally

I don't really use many macros tbh, the only one is that I generally put my on-use trinket in a macro with PI but thats it! and yes a guide will be coming soon!

LOL yeah shadow is a lot of fun atm, so many ghosts come out of you during your cooldowns its great

Would love to see one without mind spike. Hate that spell, don't care if it is a little better than mind flay, it just feels worse to use.
I agree I prefer mind flay as well, I think theres a build I saw someone doing without mind spike that I might try

Talents from description don't match what you show at the start.
Yeah I changed the talents in the description because I think having Spell Warding is really good for this dungeon, and you don't need improved MD but in general the class tree talents dont matter as much, the shadow tree is still the same

current stats: 15% crit, 29% haste, 15% mastery and 8% vers I'll get a weakaura to show stats for future videos!
In this video I'm using Voidmender's Shadowgem from season 1 and Vessel of Searing Shadows from the raid but I just got spoils of neltharus so I'll be using that instead of voidmender shadowgem

Shadow is a lot of fun, but yeah I would definitely agree with it being a rough learning curve but with the mini rework they made it a lot easier to understand at a base level
