Do you mean fasting for that hour( say for instance you praying for and hour do you mean fast for that hour or for the whole day. I guess I’m asking how do you incorporate fasting w/ you time speaking in tongues

Fasting for the whole day or multiple days at a time when possible, it’s another spiritual practice that helps us grow
