So jealous. I don't live in Pittsburgh (about 45 minutes south), but I do go to Pittsburgh at least once a month. Would love to just randomly meet Charlie one day. I'd have asked for the picture as well; Charlie seems as if he genuinely cares about his fans and respects them because he feels the fans got him to where he is now. I am sure he did not mind.

I don’t know why he’s so apologetic about the last interview, personally it was one of my faves of him. He’s always so relaxed and funny in his interviews, and tells great personal stories, like all his weird illnesses, the bug in his ear, confronting the burglar, Madonna, etc. And the fact he’s such a cat guy makes me love him all the more.

I love the Madonna story 🤣 I go back to it every few months. Especially after he now has a close working relationship with Guy Ritchie.
I think it was on James Corden where it was revealed he spent time growing up playing chess online and revealed his player name is from a Wu song 🙌🏽 cemented his place in my heart after that 😂.

I just met Charlie tonight in the restaurant I work in, he’s been at Liverpool Comic-con this weekend and came in after it was finished. He had pictures with all the staff and spoke to us for a while with his mum and partner, nothing was too much trouble for him. And I have to say, he’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Super polite and gracious. I’ve met a quite a few celebrities in my time and he’s definitely in the top 3 for being just a normal dude that enjoys chatting to his fans.
That is so nice to hear. What does he look like in person? His girlfriend? They are a beautiful couple.
He’s more than a great actor! He actually has a genuine heart.. he also a good speaker , congratulations on your engagement! Also super excited for shantaram

I was the only one of my siblings who made it to 16 without seeing the movie Green Street. In the end I only watched it because I was curious about seeing Charlie Hunham. Still one of my favourite movies to this day. He is such a good actor and having grown up on both the US and the UK he can play characters relatable to both cultures which I find incredible. I can't relate to most American characters my age.

I remember Charlie saying he's a germaphobe in previous interviews so hearing all the things he contracted in India is hilarious. On another film he said a bug was trapped in his ear. He needs to stop doing these rugged backwood projects before we lose him 😂

India just makes you feel high, although I'm sure the malaria pills add to that. I got dysentery from a water dispenser in a waiting room I paid $ to wait in, only 15 minutes before I got on my flight home. It took me years to get rid of it. And that was after surviving being kidnapped in Kashmir (I kid not) then surviving a bus rollover during a mudslide on a highway outside of Mysore. India is crazy, but I must be a little too.

Charlie Hunnam similar to say Bryan Cranston at his core is partly ingrained in a legendary seminal character, but there are so many other roles that could convert that essence into something else very entertaining and memorable. It’s too bad everything today is so much about money and marketability rather than simply creative license. Otherwise surely those two would have made some more really memorable roles. Hopefully this will be one of those.
I want so badly for Charlie to appear on the show Billions so we can see him and Maggie Siff together again on screen.
