It could be that your sender email is not from the same domain? Do you have a e-mail adres like service@yourdomain or your name - everything BUT info@?

Hi Alexander! Thank you for your question! If my memory serves me correctly you can do this with this plugin. Just mark a order as 'returned' or 'cashback' or whatever the name is 😄 and then create a new invoice. It will then show a minus invoice. But correct me if I'm wrong!

Hi Matt, I have a question regarding the PDF invoice plugin. Is the PDF invoices supposed to be sent automatically after a customer purchases a product on your website? If so, I've setup this plug-in just like you explained, but it's not automatically sending to the client (even after I say resend new order notification and customer invoice/ order details).
Hi there! Thanks for your question. Yes that is the point of the plugin. But you should enable it also in the email settings of WooCommerce. Are your normal emails being send out?

Hey Matt! When changing my orders from processing to completed, the customer email is not being sent by WooCommerce. I do have the notification enabled and it was working but has suddenly stopped. Any ideas on how I can fix it. The Processing order emails are being sent, just not the completed one. I get this message in the notes area when I change an order to completed- "Error during status transition. Please provide a valid email address." I am 100% sure that the email address is valid. Appreciate any insight. You're the best!
@@WPressDoctor No, I followed your tutorial and changed some of the wording in the boxes. I also added the PDF invoices with your tutorial. Not sure what is happening. I can manually send them from the dashboard. Only the Pending to Processing email is being autogenerated?
@@WPressDoctor Hi Matt, I truly appreciate your prompt and thoughtful replies. Yes, the boxes are checked as enabled in woocommerce settings. It is stange that when changing the order status form pending to processing the customer receives the 'your order is processing' email without issue, but when changing the processing to completed the error message is in the order note area on the right column, stating that there was a transition error and the email address being invalid. I tried with gmail, and outlook addresses with no luck. I also deactivated some of my recent plug-ins (Askimet, PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce and Flamingo) but it did not make any difference. I still get the same message. Unless I go into the order and manually choose from the 'send order email' drop-down (Completed Order) and it sends without an issue. I tried contacting bluehost for help resolving it, but they told me I need to contact wp, which I have been unable to get a reply from. So your help is so awesome and much appreciated!
Thanks for the reply. Well its not WordPress itself, as it can send out a e-mail with no problem. so you narrowed it down to be a WooCommerce problem I think. You can try to install FluentSMTP to narrow it even further down. In their email logs you can see if the e-mail actually is being generated at all. I don't think so actually... you can to re-upload woocommerce entirely to see if that makes a difference? Just overwrite it with FTP...

Hi Fabio! Yes this is possible, you can do that with the “PDF Invoices and Packing Slips” plugin. Just download their files, modify them and add them as a new template into your child theme. This way you can make it completely customized!

Did you double check the “Mails” settings in WooCommerce?
