    Ingredients:
    Rice soaked overnight and make powder with mixer or powder mill (rice should be till wet)
    press the rice flour so the wet moisture retain .
    Now add jaggery and melt it and strain it with strainer.
    now keep melt jaggery on stove and in medium flame heat till the required constituency
    and add raw coconut 🥥 grinded to the the mixture and also add cardamom powder
    mix thoroughly and now off the stove and add rice flour to the jaggery mixture little by little and mix continuously till the required constituency as shown in video.
    and now add ghee to the mixture
    and now prepare balls and press it and cook it in oil.
    ratio of rice and jaggery
    1½ kg rice :1kg jaggery
    or in small quantities
    ratiois
    ½kg rice flour. :300 gms jaggery
