The reason it sounded like you got hit by a grenade when he shot you with the shotgun is because he hit you in your helmet, giving the dazed effect.

Love that players still can kill your through doors, and get one tapped through walls when fully gears/armored, that's why I quit playing this game until they fix it. Patch .8 did not do near enough.
When you shoot helmets that your wearing it does the disoriation like gernades

I just got the game to play with my buddy after watching you play it the last couple videos. Does the faction you choose at the start effect anything in the game?
I guess this game does have some potential. Just listen those sounds, not just the gun sounds but how you can hear the raindrops etc. Is this basically like pubg? you spawn somewhere without anything, find loot, and die and thats it?
Devildog, turn your brightness down to 45, gamma up to 1.75. And digital vibrance up to 75. It will make inside of shorline so much better, and not make outside to bright. Keep contrast at 50.

That is really cool now that when you take a shot to your helmet it distorts you like a grenade blast that is very realistic Iam sure when you take a blast to your helmet in combat and you don't die that force behind the shot hittin you in the head is gonna fuck you up

Ive never seen that white armor before, not the 3m one, but the one guy that you killed on the ground, he had a green helmet too ive never seen. I guess i need to play more, just not enough time in my day it seems. But when i do play i get sucked into it for like 3 hours at a time. Fucking love this game!

tags are worth money depending on the players lvl. higher lvl player tags being worth more. Also there are some goods that can be traded for tags I believe but I have not seen those yet.

Greed will get you killed most of the time lol..I know some spawns are bad but when you run directly to a player spawn as a hatchling you might as well figure they have a gun and your going to lose. But hey you never know

Mad Moose Just run hatchling factory and loot the filing cabinets honestly. Otherwise just keep looking and looting everything you'll come across them eventually

I understand from Deadlyslob that the ring from being hit by a shot gun has something to do with being shot in the head or face . I guess it means Battle State games is being lazy and re -using the mechanic of the grenade hit . kinda like ringing you're bell .
If they hit you in the face - you die. This ringing caused by hits to helmets.
Even happens in airsoft, tiny, light, slow plastic bb's can do that to people wearing helmets
