Mercury Astronaut .... the best of the series .... Patton was next for me .... still have mine , and wished Hasbro will come back with GI Joe 12inch figures .... 👍 😊

I mentioned that I love the Patton and McArthur figures. I wish that they would have made Admiral Nimitz. This 97 set is SWEEEEET!!!!!!! That drill sgt. is excellent. Patton with his dog William is one of my ALL TIME favorites. I really got a kick out of it that they actually made a Bob Hope figure one year. I can't help but fantasize about what it would be like to open up and actually set up a collection as gargantuan as yours. What an EPIC battle that would be. I'm glad that you kept them MIB, but hey, I can DREAM, can't I?✌

Fantastic review! (As always!) Like you, I found this figure hard to find (at the time). I've always been intrigued by the photo of the figure on the box. It shows the soldier wearing a blue helmet. I'm guessing that was a prototype or reference to the Belgian force that was on active duty in Rwanda (at the time).

That would be too difficult to do. I have made videos that tour my museum collection, but I simply have too many action figures to make a video on

I saw a GI Joe with 'real' blond hair and eyebrows wearing the helicopter pilot uniform and cannot find another with those attributes as far as hair goes.
It might be GI Jane, but I still can't find any info, or so much as a single photo!!
Anybody know what this is? I has a tag "GI Joe Hasbro made in China.
