This is a great one. I use this for quick "chord changes." The Transpose FX can be set to a parameter, where it will stay until you set it otherwise. So you can set the value to -4, or +4 etc., assign to the necessary tracks, and now everytime you activate the effect, BOOM. Your song has changed it's chord progression. Really fun, and great in a pinch.
That one is a game changer indeed. If you notice even if the Track FX is off but selected (visible on the screen) you can also press the edit buttons on the tracks where you want to enable/disable the effect
