10/12/24 Cam Newton is now signed with ESPN! His Debut was on Friday, 10/11/24 on “First Take”! A big S/O to The very great, Atlanta native, MVP, & Heisman Trophy winner, Quarterback Cam Newton! It’s no top athlete that celebrates Atlanta more than Cam Newton. He is going to tell u that Atlanta is the Black Mecca of the South, essentially! I Hate that the Owner, Arthur Blank denied Cam Newton the chance to play for his hometown team, The Falcons! He wouldn’t even give Cam a Backup job. But, he let Taylor Heinicke play for 2 years. It really did hurt me as a fan of Cam, too! 😢😳👁👁😞
Part 2 This is just my opinion: Cam Newton promotes Atlanta more than any top NFL, Quarterback in Atlanta, because he is a native. My observation is that Michael Vick & Matt Ryan, who aren’t from Atlanta gets much more respect. Granted, all 3 of them are top Quarterbacks. But Vick is from Virginia & Matt Ryan, I think is from the Boston vicinity. I’m not exactly sure about Ryan! Atlanta needs to do better support of Cam. It’s just my thoughts & observations! 👁👁🙏💕
