Why is the indirect investigation by CBI not being done. ?
CBI should collect all the mobile nos available in the Hospital from the mobile tower supporting the location of hospital between 07:00 AM to next day 09:00 AM during the period rape and murder were done.
Once all the mobile nos are obtained, then interrogation will confirm the culprits.

Even a layman without any investigation experience can arrest immediately Sandeep Ghosh and Avijit Mondal. CBI not done great thing. Agency could have arrested immediately after getting the assignment.

He might have seen the last breathe of the victims.
